San Gabriel Beverage Group is a multi-faceted company offering a myriad of services to the retail and wholesale beverage community through its divisions San Gabriel Imports, San Gabriel Warehouse & Storage, San Gabriel Specialty Packaging, and its latest addition, Nette Enterprises.

San Gabriel Beverage Group had its beginnings in 1967 with the creation of a company conducting wholesale distribution of liquor, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to the California retail beverage community.

In 1996, the company was approached by Paddington Importers, a major southern California importer that was looking for assistance with the storage and control of their Point-of-Sales materials. San Gabriel agreed to warehouse these items and to further develop a viable accounting system for use with these materials as well. In order to comply with the requirements of this new project, a new company was created — San Gabriel Valley Warehouse & Storage, Inc.

This division enjoyed steady growth, fed mainly by the consolidation of the California wholesalers and distillers. Each year revealed a new crop of distillers began requesting more and more services — services not normally available at the distributor level, such as specialty packaging for their products. To answer this "new call", the company established a "specialty packaging" division within San Gabriel Valley Warehouse & Storage. This division presently operates out of a 70,000 sq. foot building and in addition to warehousing, it now offers a wide variety of services to industry including Shrink-Wrap, Barkit & Giftset construction, Warehousing, Packing & Repackaging. The Specialty Packaging division also utilizes local Point-of-Sale designers to create new and innovative packaging for distillers.

The San Gabriel Beverage Group presently works with producers such as Bacardi, Diageo, Pernod-Ricard, and Absolut.

Through the normal course of business, the San Gabriel Beverage Group has been instrumental in the development with many new brands. These activities led company principals to establish San Gabriel Imports.

As a licensed Federal Importer of alcoholic beverages into the United States, the company actively works with producers from Central America, Mexico, Italy, France and South Africa.

Not just a bulk importer of alcoholic beverages, San Gabriel works directly with producers from the early stages of label approval and preliminary negotiations with potential distributors to providing assistance and guidance with pricing strategy, product placement, product design, point-of-sale design and new product marketing strategies.

In 2003, the newest division of the San Gabriel Beverage Group was established — Nette Enterprises.

Nette Enterprises is a full-service promotion company that provides assistance to producers in marketing their products both on-sale and off-sale. The company utilizes only the highest caliber models to work with a client’s products. Not only are our models mature, they are excellent salespersons. The company is also capable of conducting instant coupon promotions. As a part of its high level of service, the company provides an in-depth recap of any promotional event conducted for a client.
